Clutch fork location

Hi Guys,

Just doing the final assembly of the bellhousing and clutch assembly after dialling in the bellhousing.

I've fitted a standard pivot ball with just a spring washer under, but when the clutch fork is fitted it is already half toward the front of the opening.

Set up is Tremec bellhousing, Centreforce clutch and standard Ford clutch fork, release bearing and pivot ball.

Does this sound OK or should I fit a large flat washer under the pivot bolt to try and bring it back a bit??

I notice Chevys have an adjustable pivot ball version, why not for Fords??

you can buy an adjustable pivot for Fords too but the std Mustang type you have in your pic is just fine and can be shimmed out to get the fork in the right place
