G.D. Hardtop

Does anyone know if a G.D hardtop will fit an A.K.427?
Has anyone done it? Do all soft top Cobra hoods leak or is it just mine?
Who makes the one's that dont?

No, the GD hardtop will only fit a GD, as you would get too much movement in the body of an AK.

Most of them leak, ensure you have sealed arount the doors, and also put a strip of draught sealer on the hood bows which attach over the front of the screen.

I've done all that and the water still comes up the screen and drops in my lap. Thinking of trying a rubber seal in the hood bows......anybody else done it? The water also comes round the back of my sidescreens and wets me shoulder? Any ideas? How do you deal with the gap between the hood bow ends in the centre? I shove a small piece of chamois leather in when the rain is heavy. I once asked a bloke with a £70,000 lightweight mk 4 and he had all the same problems. Lots of people tape the hood to the screen I'm told, but surely you've got to do that before it rains to get the tape to stick?
