| Windscreen Wiper Problem Hi All, Has anybody come accross the following problem I seem to have with fitting the windscreen wipers on my sumo? The wiper motor and wheelboxes etc. come out of a late mini (2000 I think) and the system appears to be designed to "park" with the wiper blades on the near side. The pilgrim manual shows the blades parked on the drivers side and the ones that I got from them are certainly cranked for that side. So I end up with the blades parked vertically.:'( Am I doing something stupid (which wouldn't surprise me in the least!) or is it necessary to reverse the mechanism in some way? Help....... Michael K. |

| RE: Windscreen Wiper Problem Hi Michael Simple, turn the wheel boxes upside down. Example. If the cable is entering the boxes at the bottom, turn them so the cable enters at the top or vise versa. Miket

| RE: Windscreen Wiper Problem or if turning them upside-down is not possible, you can get different gear wheels which have the bit of plastic on that pushes the park switch in the motor on the other side (180 degrees away) so that it parks the other way. Stuart |

| RE: Windscreen Wiper Problem Hi there certain models you can remove the park ramp and fit it opposite 180deg, cheers Paul |
