suspension bushes

a question, what are the superflex front suspension bushes like, I need to replace mine and just wondered what is generally used amongst you guys.

I have had them fitted and find the front end a lot tighter now.I mean better controlled not stiff. I have been told you can get a kit for the rear as well from Lemans Motorsport in Bedford. Will try them when I get brave enough to strip it down.

Much much better. Can be a bit of a twat to fit though. For the rear you can get a needle roller set up that is in a machined alloy housing that is supposed to be good. Dont know how much though.
