| V12 starter motor wiring I'm trying to use the original DAX V12 wiring loom even though I now have a 350 ci Chevy lump in the engine bay. I have managed to 'translate' most of the engine wires but I'm a little unsure of the starter motor wiring. The V12 loom has two sets of two thick wires going down towards the Jag starter motor (one pair brown, the other pair black), each pair being terminated with a single ring connector. I think both of these pairs of wires went onto the same terminal as the positive battery post on the starter motor, but I'm not sure (poor note taking when I removed the Jag lump I'm afraid.) It could be that one pair is some kind of earth as they are black, if so, where should they go to? Would a DAX V12 owner mind taking a quick look in the garage please? Thanks, much appreciated.
