Help with Hose layout for a RV8

Alright all,

can anybody enlighten me to the layout of the hoses (water, vacuum etc) for the RV8 with an SD1 radiator. Diagrams/piccys would be nice, perhaps also the size and length of the hoses???
I've had a look in my (photocopy) of the haynes manual and it doesnt help even a little bit (which is nice).

thanx in aticipation

Ben

RE: Help with Hose layout for a RV8

Ben
Cant help with hose lengths etc as we have different cars, but as for layout look at my posts in watch this space. If somethings not clear, let me know and I'll post a clearer picture.
Basic layout should be as mine.
Thermostat housing to top of rad with expansion/header tank filling system cut in hose.
Bottom of rad back to waterpump.Small pipe at top of rad to top of expansion tank to bleed air from system.
Heater hose from pipe on waterpump thru heater and into back of inlet manifold.
Bypass hose from bottom of thermostat housing to back of waterpump.

As for servo pipe. You need non return valve ADU1402(Rimmer part no.)screws into manifold infront of carb.

Yep, sounds near enough for me.

Congrats on engine run-up chap, you won't believe the difference. Last one I did for one of the local guys - he nearly wet himself, he was that impressed with the difference between new motor and tired 3.5.

I've spent all day duilding an FIA spec roll cage in the Scimitar - that CDS steel cage tubing is an absolute ba***d to bend. Getting there though.
