Damn you Dax

Hi all,

does anyone know the size of the threaded pipe i need to fit onto the dax clutch master? Its the 7/8" bore one with something racing england written on it! Dave gave me the size for a Girling but I dont know if its the same as mine. Just tried to ring dax and theyre not answering their phones today, just getting an answer machine, dont you just love them!!x( x( :}

Mine is also a 7/8" supplied by Dax but mines a Tilton.
Can't recall what thread it is.

Cheers mate, ill try them but dont really have enough info off master, think ill take old pipe off, wanted to use it to get me to stoneleigh if new pipe hadnt arrived but there you go

My Dax clutch m/cyl is also 7/8" but it's made by AP Racing. Not sure of the thread size but I can tell you that the head of banjo bolt that secures the pipe which goes off to the slave cylinder needs a 5/8" spanner. HTH. Ian.
