Which Jag Haynes Manual

With the varying Jaguar Haynes manuals out there does anyone know the corret one which will cover the rebuilding of a 3.07 P/lock diff. With the rest of the running gear as well?

And does anyone have one they dont want and would sell for a reasonable cost?

Cheers

RE: Which Jag Haynes Manual

Andy, any of the Jaguar manuals will cover it, The running gear is the same through many models, XJS, XJ6 etc.
I picked up a couple of manuals at car boots for a couple of quid.

RE: Which Jag Haynes Manual

None of the Haynes manuals will cover the re-building of the Powerlok unit itself or the setting of crownwheel and pinion. They say 'take it to a specialist'. Best you'll get is re-building of the output shafts. Haynes perfectly good for suspension build though.

RE: Which Jag Haynes Manual

Try ebay for the XJ manual, just picked up one for £5.00 in mint condition.
