Hurst Shifter Spares

Does anyone know of a supplier / website where I can get the selector rod to shifter assy nylon bushes for a Hurst Competition Plus Shifter. My car recently jammed in gear and when I got underneath none of the selector rod bushes are fitted. Whilst I don't know for certain that that was the cause I'm sure it can't help because without the bushes there is an awful lot of slack before the rods begin to move? Anyway any help would be appreciated

Regards

Ken T

RE: Hurst Shifter Spares

Many thanks guys -I've often looked at Jegs and Summit Racing Web sites but I assumed that postage costs would make buying anything prohibitively expensive - is this the case? presumably small items shouldn't cost too much to post? - I would be interested if anybody got any experience of ordering stuff from the US.
