Cut off lug on wishbone

Can any of the GD/Jag builders help me, I need to know if it's OK for me to grind off the lug on the wishbone, I've arrowed it in the attached photo.

Baby due in April

Why go to the trouble? It's hardly going to affect your unsprung weight which is about 10 tons.x(
