Borg Warner T5 & T56

Can anyone tell me the difference between a T5 & T56. T5s' seem a tad rare, whereas i know where there is a T56. This is to bolt onto a Ford Granada Scorpio Cosworth 2.9V6. I understand that a cut and shut can be done on the bellhousing. Where could i buy an adaptor plate to use instead of cutting and shutting bellhousing?
Cheers

RE: Borg Warner T5 & T56

Thanks Shane
I got your links from last time. I have now found a T5 (from Scorpio) in Preston. £160 inc VAT and Delivery. I am presuming it is a Borg Warner.
I have looked at T56 but it weighs about 10 tons more than a T5. Not sure if Tremec would be a better long term choice (extra torque ratings).
Cheers
