Wheel off set?

When I ordered my GD 18 months ago I discussed with Andy shortening the back axle by 1.5" each side......This was so that I could have some sort of dish on the rear wheels. It was carried out by Ed at Ward Engineering (Top man)....

So that now leaves me with what wheel offset do I need for the rear wheels?
I was going to order the rear wheels from Europa spares but of course they want to know what off sets I want!

Has anyone else shortened their back axle width?
If so, what wheel off sets did you buy?
