spare wheel and jack

hi guys,whats everyone using for their spare wheel and jack?
do you use gds or source them yourself

Hi Craig, I've got a jaguar space saver spare wheel but I never carry it 'cos it weighs more than the SBC, I reckon it must be made from 1/4" plate.
Also if you have a boot full of stuff having gone on a long run, you fit the space saver but where do you put the punctured wheel if there's two of you in the car?
I carry a couple of tubes of the aerosol stuff.
I believe it makes a mess of the inside of the tyre and wheel but it'll get you home.:tu
