Replacing Bumpers

Hi,

I'm looking to replace the Overriders and Nudge bars for Stainless Steel ones.

Based on the fact that I ame basically inept at anything mechanical, are there any problems I should look out for?

Are the Fixtures onto the car usually the same width apart etc? (I assume they must be similar since the Nudge bars on most of the cars look to be the defining factor as to where the overriders go)

Is there likely to be any welding required since that is well outside of my ability.

I'm a bit worried since Metalines are not exactly common and this one was built in 89!

Thanks

PaulJ
