agreed....miserable, but managed to scare the old dears at the village shop for the sunday papers!

I am around on this long weekend if anyone fancys a beer somewhere (excuse for a drive.....and the wife is supportive as it means she doesnt have to watch football!)

Assuming the sun shines of course.
Otherwise I guess its the 20th April?

Club meet?

Viper now up and running all taxed and ready. Did 40 miles today, got caught in the rain and hail stones.

What is happening on the 20th?

I have heard that Bristol Classic car club is meeting at Priddy on the 20th for a rally on the green. I am lucky my Cob is registered pre 1980, so they allow me in to play. But if there is a club meet or run on I would rather do that.

Is the meeting place still at freshford?

Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,
I would be up for the do at Priddy, but maybe there is a meet at freshford, maybe someone will come online and tell us (it could be the 3rd Sunday of the Month)
If all else fails there might be a few people around this area who fancy taking there Cobs out, Iv'e been told there's a nice pub at Dundry I believe called the Dundry Inn (ugh) Could be good, say meet up at around 11.00,
what do you think
Anyone interested

Wink Run out

Hi Pete.

Sounds good to me, weather still may be the killer. All else fails and there isn't a meet, or no one wants to meet at Dundry, perhaps you and me can try out the breakfast at that little cafe at Keynsham and then have a burble around the local area, there is a lovely pub down by the river/Marina in Keysham, I think it's called the Lock keeper.

See you soon.

Mark

Next meeting 20th April

Hi Guys

Just got back into the country so couldn't respond earlier.

The next meet on the 20th April will be at Lacock in Wiltshire. The plan is to meet in the car park at between 11:00 and 11:30, tour the abbey, gardens etc then discuss what everyone wants to do then.

Of course, everyone is weather dependant but many will have hoods that can be used. Go on, you now you want to !!!

Good meet at Lacock today, and nice to put some faces to names

Nice run home through the A roads, chance to let the cobra breath a bit.

Hope to see you all again in a few weeks at Stoneleigh

Dave

Hi Dave

Yeh, it was good to meet you and your other half, but will she ever go in the car again ????

A number of us will be going to Stoneleigh on the Sunday, Brian should have emailed the meeting point etc.

See you then.

Paul
