| sorry, some really long stressful hours at work put paid to sorting this out promptly. I have now submitted the order to SPF, and I am awaiting email from Dave (at SPF) to tell me final cost (in $) and an ETA. Spoke to him last night, hoping info arriving in the Inbox today.
