Hi, There has been a period of lack of info. on our region on the web-site, this was due to us losing Dave Harper as rep. and finding no one to take the job on.
Pete & Marion Jones have taken the position until someone can be appointed, and I have agreed to keep this forum going such that members can check on forthcoming activitys.

Hi Frank,
you may want to edit your post and remove your email address. Scammers scan forum text for addresses and you will be receiving 100's of mails for viagra, body extensions and god knows what else before you know it.

I would suggest that you ask members to PM you for your mail address.

I would like to draw your attention to the ex Hayling/Thorney Island Victory Wheelers Rod & Custom 30th Anniversary Show now held at Broadlands Estate at Romsey (J3 M27 about two miles north). Several of us are going on Sunday 22Jul to see the show cars. I hope as many of you as possible can come along and maybe we could convoy through the local roads to a good pub later for a meal, any takers please call me -Pete Jones 01329 312011. We could make this our July meet for the reason below.

July 27-8-9 is the Silverstone Classic, the CRC National Event this year and I expect many of you will be there. If members still want a meet at the end of July at Goodwood I will get someone to stand in that day if the numbers warrant it. Please let me know.

The 26th Aug is "Wings & Wheels" day at Dunsfold Aerodrome just south of Guilford (where they film Top Gear) this is a good chance to display your car and get in half price, more details shortly. Jerry Dawe has kindly offered to co-ordinate this one for us. As you can see June, July & August are difficult and we might move the meetings next year to a more suitable Sunday (perhaps the third) to suit everyone.

Hi Martin, Sounds a good idea, however Pete Jones is oganizing it (see my Previus post) You could contact him, I will be away for 12 days starting tomorrow, so if all else fails contact me the Saturday before the meet and we will fix somthing up.
