Anyone build a Hawk 2.6?

Guess I like the looks of the early cars (less is more camp) but I'm interested in finding information on the Hawk 2.6. There is very little information about these cars in the "States". A BMW six will just about equal a "standard" small block Ford build and stand out in a crowd of 427 bodied cars.

Any info would be helpful!

Pat

Try contacting the 289 register.

And yes, you are right, they do stand out and are very pretty cars.

Hi ICBomber90,

You can try the The 289 Register Home Page. There's quite a few Hawk fanatics on there. There are also a few links to build projects.

Hi Pat,

Try The 289 Register Home Page As Wilf says there is a lot of info about Hawks and BRA's.
Personally It would have to be a 289 slab side for me.

Stu
