Chevy Engine stand and lifting plate.

Anyone round my way got either I could borrow next week? I need to pick up my engine from EDA, Ken has kindly offered to lend me one for the trip home but getting it back to him from West of London to Leeds is a pain in the balls.
Even a Chevy shipping crate bottom would work. Only need it for transport.
I can knock up one once I get home and can measure bits up.
Pleeeeeease.

Thanks

Thanks for the link.
Its only realy for the transport in a van that I need to borrow so I can ratchet off to floor eyes. Once at home I'll knock up some wood on a pallet for storage.

Steve, I've got a lifting plate if you need one - bolts to the inlet manifold. I did have an engine cradle until yesterday but it's gone off with my SBC in it for some work.

Pop round if you want the plate.

cheers

Nobby,
Cheers for the offer for the plate.
Its changed a bit now, I don't need it till next week/weekend. If you still have it free then I'd be happy to pick it up.

Cheers Nick,
I'll get in touch next week as I'll know by then if I can get a van.

As for the stand, unless someone has one I'll take some wood n nails.
