Wanted:Lift the dot fitting tool

Hi

Getting ready to fit roof, and really need to borrow a Lift the Dot fitting tool.

Living in Bristol, and working down in Somerset, but happy to pay postage both ways to borrow the use of one

Hi Mike and sorry Martin

You don't need any special tools to fit lift a dot fasteners.

All you need is something to make a hole, i.e. hole punch or as I used, a sharp stanley blade and make a cross cut in the hood material.

I fitted 36 in hood and tonneau just with the old stanley knife. :thumb:
