You can buy the kit from RealSteel.
If you turn up and the place does not have the required kit then all that they could do would be to say, your mixture is out but not be able to do anything about it.
The also need to know that the Edelbrock/weber is not like a "normal" weber!

You can get a kit for the weber 500 (edelbrock) from RPi, they have a shop on Ebay - slightly cheaper than direct from them. if you do go to rolling road for tuning don't forget to take the manual for the edelbrock with you as this has the tuning diagrams in for the jets etc.. I took my jets but forgot to take my book!! typical!! but even with that said, on the 4.6 Rover i only need to change it to increase the fuel input when its at full throttle for a long period. Everything else is as it was out of the box!! Peter Baldwin said it would be fine for normal road and short twisty circuits, it gave me just short of 250hp.
