Maybe I can bring some some clarity to the authenticity question.

I spoke to a Jon Parrott late last year regarding an engine package for his Dax. Although I am assuming that this is the same person, if I am correct, then I know Jon through his father, who I have had business dealings with.

If this is the same person, then I can confirm that he is a genuine Dax cobra builder.

Jon, Your father being in the business do you think he could help you set up the rear in your dax de dion?
It can't be that hard. Did your kit come with a guide book?

quote from earlier in the thread :

Jon, simply repeating strange sound-bites at everyone is bound to make us feel a little uneasy. I suggest you take a moment to calm yourself and construct at least a complete paragraph of your situation and your difficulties that you are facing. Simply demanding peoples' attention in this way and then compounding the situation by offering to sit beside anyone that will have you in their car is not the way to make freinds. Read back this thread and see how it must look to others...

jon i'm glad your not a joke and relieved, but seriously you would get alot more responses if you thought about what you want to write before you write it and that may stop yourself repeating all the time as that will just make people not want to help. If you dont get a reply then just accept it rather than spamming the message. Everyone here wants to be helpful to each other and that is what makes this a great forum, just try to remember that

good luck with your build

Obsessive-compulsive disorder
a psychiatric anxiety disorder most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive, distressing, intrusive thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or "rituals") which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
