New boy says hello!

Hi there,

I am new to the forum so just thought I would say hi to everyone out there in Cobraland!

I first fell in love with cobras when I was a boy and my father took me to race meetings with him and I saw a pair of Guardsman blue 289 mk11's on a trailer. Since then I have restored a few classics including a Sunbeam Tiger but would love to build a cobra. I just need a good push and to justify the 30k cost involved!!

Cheers
Ash

Hi Ash

Welcome to the club.

Plenty of people here have had a similar situation to you and the advice seems to be, Just do it, Don't try to justify it!

Good luck and hope to hear of you impending build soon.

Craig.

PS. If the 289 is your thing check out the lovely cars from Hawk.

Hi Ash, welcome to the world of the cobra, my first car took 3 yrs to build so get on with it, the sooner you start the quicker the grin begins, Dave B.
