| Missing part 302 Engine Next to the oil filter on the left of the block we have a hole where i can see chains off the pulleys the part connects by two bolts the part looks like some sort of filter or pump one pipe of it seems capped the other has a braided hose that goes over the pulleys around the back towards the carbs. Any idea what this part is? Kind regards Jason      |

| Sounds like that is where the fuel pump is meant to fit. Bit like one of these..... Pumps If you are using an electrical pump though you can simply block the hole with one of these...... Covers But make sure you get the Ford version, This is a Chevy one. Welcome to the forum by the way.  Craig.
