    Features for Kit Car magazine

I am a freelance motoring journalist and photographer based in Leeds (please see Untitled Document) and am looking for a variety of Cobras to feature in Kit Car magazine. Ideally, I'd like to feature cars that have been built by their owners. If anyone is interested in being featured, please can they contact me via email - rhpress@hotmail.com or via phone - 07932 190756. Anyone who is featured will receive a free CD of photos and some video of their car.
    Many thanks.
    Rob Hawkins.

Im giving you a chance Rob as no one else has, probably because the usuall photographers trick is to take the pics then dissapear without letting us see any results, hope you are going to be different

I appreciate many Cobra owners have been messed around by photographers and hear of numerous car owners who have had their car featured in a magazine, but never manage to get hold of any copies of the images. Whenever possible, I upload all the images to the owner's computer immediately after the photo shoot. Otherwise, I always send a CD of the images.

I would have taken you up Rob but I'm really busy. Shame because we are only in York and some before and after paint shots would have made a nice keep sake.

Sorry, just don't have the time.

That's a bit of a gross generalisation, but yeah, I've heard that from a number of people. Why is that? I don't get it.

Yes bit general, but has happened to me three times now, or five if i included the last two that were at the PSCM Amari meet, i can understand why it happens, just annoying when they tell you they will give you the pics then dont, but when i talked to Rob he seamed very genuine, plus he was working on a Caterham at the time, and as we all know only genuine people are involved in kit-cars!

Looking forward to meeting you on Thursday Rob, and hoping that a positive experiance will bring many more opportunities your way, regards Col
