Well, welcome Daniel. Some things for you to note:

1: This is a forum for AC/Shelby Cobra replica enthusiasts. Caddys don't really do it for us.

2: This is an ENGLISH forum for ENGLISH Cobra replica owners. We tend not to buy too many cars from the US. The odd Kirkham maybe, but that's about it.

Lastly, there is a growing suspicion on this side of the Atlantic that Cadillacs are gay anyway. You could try advertising it to our SW members, they may well like it. Does it have vibrating seats?

Apart from that, you did pretty well!

You guys just dont see the bigger picture..........

He was advertising the car as a DONOR vehicle, it has after all a perfectly good modern V8 with all the ECU trickery running it so you get a yank engine plus reasonable economy.

Of course you would first have to dispose of the bullet ridden corpse from the latest mafia hit that is residing and festering in the boot but if you want a cheap engine you've got to get your hands dirty !!

Cheers,

Tony
