Chevy Stater Motor

Hi,

Has anybody got a starter motor for a Chevy V8 the fixing bolt holes are staggered & are at 71mm centres if measured in parallel as photo, if you've only got the alloy nose that would do me, my starter motor is ok, it looks like there was a fracture in the alloy which then broke away.

Starter

Hi Kelvin,

I just been through a simular problem with an engine supplied by fastco, I had staggered mounting bolt holes only and a 153 tooth flywheel. I have ended up buying a Hi torque starter from real steel and having to get the block machined to accept the parallel bolts.
