Flashline Removal

I know its a boring task, and I have read a few different accounts on how to complete this, but with a Pilgrim Gel coated shell, just what level of removal can I expect?
Having just started on the rear arch I appear to have a slight dip between the two panels where the Flash line has been removed, is this normal?
What kind of polish should I use after the 1200 wet and dry?

Re: Flashline Removal

Steve

When I did my Pilgrim I found I couldn't totally get rid of the flashline on the rear panel, but when the rear bumper is fitted they will be hardly noticable.

The Pilgrim Gel Coat is the best in the business and you should be able to get it near perfect, everbody thought mine was painted.

I used Farecla G3 and G7, can't remember which is the fine or course, I didn't use an electric polisher, all by hand and it wasn't all that hard. :thumb: :thumb:

Mike

Many thanks for taking time to reply, I have just obtained some Farecla G3 so I will give this a go.
