Less than 24 hours to SVA but have one last question

Chaps, I know all the required measurements for lights etc but could anyone confirm if the 350mm for the indicators is to the bottom or centre of the lense, I just want to make sure as if its the centre it will save me about an hour and endless amounts of skin trying to get ride height higher. This should hopefully be my last question as SVA is 8.00 on Wednesday.

Its the final countdown

Anthony

Antony,
Maybe a silly question but just how have you managed to spend 25 grand on a Sumo that you have built yourself.I thought a 5.7 chev turnkey car from Pilgrim was only 26 grand.

Re: Less than 24 hours to SVA but have one last question

Anthony,

If you're having problems with getting the front high enough to clear the 350mm you may be able to 'paint' the inside of the lower edge of the lense with water soluble black paint to restrict the light emitting surface to above 350mm

Simply wash it off after the test

(Speak to mr Guru DB about it, i'm pretty sure he's done this before and argued the point with mr SVA)

Bottom of light emitting surface as mentioned before. But have to paint inside. Didn't ever measure mine much to my annoyance. Good luck
