If i remove the master cyl, will there be a size on it ? and will i be able to see if it faulty. Cheers Steve.

As far as i know, Magnum use a 5/8" master cylinder (marked 625 as in 0.625") which is the same size that i use in my conversions and it generally works ok. I'd guess it's the master cylinder, you may be able to get a set of seals for it, failing that it'll be a new cylinder.

Thanks Tone. Iwill go and remove it and see if i can spot anything. Do you think it is worth ringing Magnum, Because it has been a problem since day one, and the conversion isnt cheap. Steve.

One more suggestion......

I had to remove the remote reservior from the chassis and hold it up as high as it would go to expel all the air from the connecting hose.

If you have an air lock in the hose, it may be finding its way into the master cyclinder over time.
