Under wing protection

Hi does anybody have an opinion on what if anything is needed to give protection from stone damage to the under wing areas i.e. to stop/prevent damage to paint finish from stone impacts. Just had paint work finished and thinking ahead to when i finaly get on the road.

no chance of fitting inner wings on the dax. I was going to bond some thin rubber pad that I have under the wing directly above the wheel and then use some spray on schutz (or paint on depending on how messy it is after the first wing) to protect the other bits and tidy it all up a little.

I have some high density, closed cell foam to glue on the undersire of my wheel arches, but I haven't got round to sticking it in yet.
This was supplied by Kirkham and is what they use on the cars they build.

I have just bought some Liquid Rubber that apparently stays flexible just like the Rubbercoat that was available a few years back, and can be brushed or sprayed on. Someone else on here has used it I recall from a similar post. 5 litre Tin quick service and OK to use on glass fibre substrates.
