very odd. Never noticed any difference on mine - as stated, give them a call.
In what respect [dimension] are they different?

Aren't the doors on a Sumo different sizes?

To qualify, they probably are different on most of our cars.......

My MK111 is the same both sides as I made one and copied it for the other side, but if they were made by Pilgrim they probably will be different unintentionally though.

Mine were different as well. If you are covering them yourself you could just use the best one as a template for the other.

I drilled pilot holes in the best one and used in to put pilot holes in both doors. I then took the good one to Richfiled (now Interiors) and asked them to make me a matching door card for the other side and cover both. They put their 'fasteners' into the pliot holes in the cards - all I had to do was drill the pilot holes in the doors to suit the diameter of the fasteners and they fitted.
