Wet weather Gear

How much do they cost for the Sumo/cobras in general.

Also when you whip em off can you store them in/on the car????
do they fold up in the boot?

Thanks again guys.

Re: Wet weather Gear

Roughly speaking about £600 ish, for a tonneau cover, a hood and the ironmongery that goes with it all. (hoops etc.) :thumb:
I think on most occasions the tonneau is the most useful, as you can fit it quickly when parked up in the rain.
The car isn't nice to drive with the hood on, if you keep moving over 40 mph you don't get wet anyway, unless it's torrential.
I keep getting caught queing at the toll boothes on the Severn Bridge.

Re: Wet weather Gear

Pilgrims standard roof comes in several colours and costs £350. it folds neatly into the boot and is very quick and easy to put on/take off :thumb:

Hmm -just ask Tony m about the getting wet bit as he was our resident expert prior to fitting his hood recently

Re: Wet weather Gear

I ordered a set of wet weather gear from Pilgrim yesterday. The cost is
£380 vinyl
£450 duck
£480 mohail
There is a £10 charge for P+P
Currently there is a 4 to 5 week wait from order to delivery.
I know it isn't the best hood in the world but will offer peace of mind and will get me home dry in this good old English summer!
