Garage or mechanic needed in Farnham/Aldershot/Farnborough area - basic MOT work

Evening all,

I recently took my 2011 Dax for an MOT and was surprised to learn that it failed on 6 accounts. Nothing major, but I lack the basic skills required to fix them. Unfortunately my local garage team "don't do kit cars" and the dealer I bought the car from is about 2hrs drive away and I don't fancy my chances in this weather. Does anybody know a garage or mechanic that could help near Farnham, Surrey?

This problems are

• both headlight beams are too low
• o/s/f tyre just rubs on bodywork at full lock
• fog light switch doesn't work
• excessive play in upper and lower steering column universal joint

Hi Russel, you could try Grumpy’s speed shop, although they mainly do hot rods and American stuff I think he may be able to help, he had a cobra in for an engine change recently I do know.
They are on just off the Coxbridge roundabout, he’s building a 32 roadster for my brother at the moment and is making a cracking job of it,

Another thumbs up for these guys, I used them on my Sumo.
Mainly hot rods, but have done work on Crendons, Hawks and Sumos.
