Ed - get it down with some weight on it and try again. You may be surprised at the change in geometry between full droop and proper ride height.
Are there any inner front wings on any (mark 1?) Ram that fitted without being seriously modified.
Mine fit perfectly. The problem arises when the wheels are fitted as they rub badly on full lock.
I remember suggesting to someone on this forum that he try shims/washers! HA! How about a grinder and loads of fibre glass!
The only thing is that my car has not yet been down on its wheels, that said I cannot see that the weight will move my wheels outwards significantly, ie I am testing full lock when the wheels are in the air, suspension unloaded.
Bother!

Ed .....when my ram was up in the air i noticed the same thing but its never been an issue before and since the clutch was fixed and i am back driving its not a problem ,it makes such a difference when the suspension is loaded......Graham
Cheers guys, fingers crossed!
My exhausts are on order so as soon a s they are on I'll lower the car and let you know.

Mine wheels 'kiss' the inner wings - front edge of the tyre - on full lock. Not a problem, just a light witness mark on the painted surface.
Not sure if I have 'std' RAM wheel offsets though because I measured them up and spec'd them myself in 16 dia. A fair few other RAM spec components were cr*p, so I didn't trust the wheel specs either!
Russ
I ordered mine from image as they claimed to know the off sets etc. as they supplied Ram originally. The wheels seem to fit with the outer lines of the body, and as I am fed up with "challenges" I went the path of least resistance on this one and signed the cheque.
But I agree, some of the components and design are excellent, but some are hung over monday morning crap.
I have never designed a car before, but some of the mods I have done (and I know you have too Russ) like fixing the body so you can lean on the wings, really should not be an issue!
Excellent chassis, but do the rest yourself!

So now will you sell me your car then?
Don't worry Danny, I am a fussy bugger and can't imagine a rebuild will have the same issues.
