Hi Paul,
If i remember correctly the early SR has the wrong spring sizes on them - hence why most SR seem to ride high - one of the only things i don't like about my SR is ride height.

Just gone over £10k, does look nicely finished, just the uncertainty of what make/model it is, albeit shouldn't really matter as long as it's built properly and road legal ???? :)
Have been in touch with the seller - apparently his Mechanic is the one who told him it's an SR. It was built it 1984, so predates SR potentially - what models where earlier than that, Sheldonhurst?
Worth doing a search of the site for shocks as there are better alternative that most people go for instead of Gaz - Protech i think they are called

as another SRV8 owner - i currently have 255/50/16 rear and 235/50/16 fronts. I'd say my fronts are too wide and should be 215 or 225 max really - bugger to turn at low speeds with no PS - lol :)
Christ on a bike Colin - so very sorry to hear about your condition.
With regards to the car - if on road and registered etc, then i'd say it's underpriced unless wanting a quick sale. Should be...
