OK, something is wrong if the acoustilfil is being 'blown off'. Have you wrapped it round the baffle pipe and reinserted the pipe or just stuffed it up the end?!

diff driveshaft leak, contaminated rear in-board disc. I did 60 miles today for drive-it day, but that's it really, not comfortable doing a 300 mile round trip till its fixed.
