FIAT PANDA DOBLO BRAVO PUNTO EVO ENGINE FUEL CUT OFF INERTIA SWITCH 7790538

The only dumb question is the one you don't ask. The switch has three connectors; common, normally open and normally closed. Switched live is on the common one, the pump is on the normally closed one...
No, it's something I added; just a cheap ebay item.
Mine has a loud buzzer to signal that the inertia switch has been tripped.
Advanced hobbyist level, I would say. I failed a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1988, if that helps.
I'd be interested in anything you've got on this, Myles.
Coincidentally, I just ordered a MOSFET board to play around with using an arduino to convert the readings from the new RV8 temperature sensor to the levels that my existing ISSPRO gauge wants to...
I installed the Fiat Panda inertia switch, plus audible alarm to alert me to it being triggered, when I replaced the mechanical fuel pump with an electric one.
I've now installed the override...
I was going to say that these photos remind me of mine, but your before ones are much dirtier (which is saying something) and your after ones are much cleaner; very nice.
Resurrecting an old thread but this is exactly what I'm looking into (replacing the existing temperature sender with one that suits my ISSPRO gauge) and I wanted to clarify something:
Are these...
In the inspection manual, the point shown in the last photo actually has "See Note 12" at the end of it, where Note 12 says:
Note 12: An independent belt storage facility is only necessary where...
It's been a while since I did the calculations for my spring change but 10.5" 500lb springs on a 10" shock means 250lbs of preload, so keep that in mind.
An override override. I like it.
I know what you mean but I didn't set this this up so that it wouldn't start if the oil pressure is low; it's to stop the engine if the oil pressure drops for some reason while it's running.
The...

Ah, but if we wanted to be like everyone else, we wouldn't be here.
Just went out and tried it (with the coil disconnected as my son is not an early riser) and the oil pressure light went out after a few seconds of cranking then came back on a few seconds after I...
Cheers, Chris. I actually have two sender switches fitted and one of those is only a day old; neither activated when only cranking when hot yesterday. Your setup is slightly different to mine as I...
When rebuilding my RV8 on a test stand, I added a relay to inhibit the ignition until the oil pressure light goes out. This worked fine but yesterday I ran the engine up to temperature for the first...
Assuming I've had my jab, I'd like to think I'll be at one of them.
I can confirm they are 60s, but I can't recall what width the wheels are, unfortunately. I don't believe they are anything out of the ordinary.
I went up from 205/60/15 and 225 (front/rear) to 215 and 235 Galaxies on my Mk3 Sumo. Very happy with them.

Mine did too. Soap and water took it off.
If it was bought from Pilgrim in the late 90s it would have been a Mk3. Mine is a Mk3 from 1992.
