I know this is really pathetic BUT Will those washer jets pass the radius test as they look like they are contactable by the obligatory sphere.
Cars looking great
As far as I know all the major kit suppliers make their own bonnet hinge so take your pick depending what you have to mount the hinges too.
Both thoes links work fine for me.
As said by others from where you started that looks great. Just the nerve-wracking task of reassembly of all the rest of the car to go now.
Oil pressure and Crankcase Pressure are nothing to do with each other. One is the pressure generated by the oil pump. The other is generated mainly from blow-by in the cylinders as its running.

If the pilot bearing has been destroyed in this short a time, it sounds to me like there could be an issue most likley the bellhousing hasn't been dialed in propperly ?
I just bought a R-Tech tig welder with aluminium capability as they are nightly recommended on here. Can't wait to get some use out of it.

They look really great :-D but some body work is necessary as you need to trim off the return lip,...
Must say I've always done mine to 90 ft lbs. I'll adjust them tonight after checking them out.
Have a look here.

It does depend a little on how well the roof fits, as the gap is fixed once the rear part is sitting on the rear deck. I think I used 10mm.
Another one here for placing it in the sump.
Is there something here that can help you
I had a similar issue with my AK and as said you need to slot the holes in the mounting bracket slightly.
I believe he is building an AK in which case I think there will be ither issues as well on full lock.
Also check to see if the wheels catch the body on full lock as this is another issue you might face.
I always fill mine as well just in case.
Agree viper of one sort
Is this is the one
Cheers :):):)
Couldn’t agree more the number of people driving Cobras I’ve seen with the lap belt going across their chest or upper belly is scary. It's called a lap belt for a reason as that's where it should...
After checking on the costs I have decided to stay with the flat tappets, also a lot less work
Thanks Tony. will have to get along to one of the meets soon and catch up.
