I see that the Silverstone Classic email mentioned celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the AC Cobra this year. Does this mean there is an opportunity for a parade lap?

I went with a Cosmos cover too, had it about 3 years now. It's pretty good and gives some protection and privacy. The really fine dust does settle through the cover, but for a cheap indoor cover it...

Only at Revival on the Sunday this year, and going in the cobra is looking unlikely at the moment, but we'll see.

I did a bit of double checking, and I think a 3.5 sump, pick up pipe and dip stick will all just fit onto an otherwise standard 4.6 RV8.
Swapping to 3.5 parts should solve your problem.

    Hi Jim,

For the shims, aiming for 0.05 degree toe in on either side:
    Nearside: 110 * sin(.43-.05) = 0.73mm
    Offside: 110 * sin(.5-.05) = 0.86mm

    Have fun ;-)

    Cheers, Richard
