    If it was an electrical fault due to a poor circuit the ventilation wouldn't be much of an issue. Fires also happen because of short circuits or poor components.

    Not really that much of a problem. My Mityvac makes it an easy one man job. Start at the rear brakes and work forward. As stated, a touch of grease on the nipple thread prevents pulling air in.
