My two poster fits under a 2.5m ceiling.
I've IVA'd 3 cobras with 3 point belts and never had an issue.
I'm quite happy with my 2 post lift (half height).
I've had 4 post in the past, not suitable for Cobra fettling in my opinion.
Jim is correct you cannot draw air from the engine bay into the cabin.
You're very brave doing all this kind of stuff post paint!

Not Cobra but a very interesting watch especially if you like Porsche.
Brake cleaner spray will also remove it.
You're good to go Historic then, lucky you.!
You still need to apply for Tax (even though you don't pay for it.)
The DVLA website is pretty good, you can do it online.
I think you are correct Dek, it depends when the Cobra was first registered these days.
When was yours registered?
Did it go through SVA or IVA? or pre all that?
Graham when did you register...
You'll need to find somewhere else Aaron.
By the time you get there, they'll all be retired. LOL. :D
As already suggested keep your eye out for an unfinished project, they come up fairly often and can save you a bundle of time and cash.

Hi Rob,
I had that exact set up on my 65 289 Ford Mustang.
It was great with good economy too.
I see what you mean. :D
As you suggest the intake manifold on the small block chevy.
Most manifolds will have several potential outlets.
look for blanking plugs that can be replaced with a tapping.
With 4 hours to go it was under 21k looking like a real bargain.
I'm glad it reached a more correct price.
You can wrap just about any Cobra kit around a Rover V8.
Unfinished projects do come up regularly.
I reckon in your case look into a Big Block Hydrogen Conversion kit.
:D
Plus one for Coolex.
They also advertise on eBay.
You cannot pipe air from the engine bay as it may contain fumes.
That would fail IVA if you had one booked.
Modern cars pull air from outside not the engine bay.
I have a Polo heater in mine.
No...

Well done Ben,
I'm not far behind you. (test is booked).
It will be interesting to see how long registration takes these days?
My last one was three weeks, a few years ago.
I use IMGUR.com to host my pictures.
Very nice Ken,
I just hope the Corona Virus doesn't scupper your plans.
I'm still not convinced that the LM Classic 2021 will happen yet.
Did Gen1 AK's not use a Marina set up?
