Depending on location I wouldn't mind a drive.

I know people have to plan these outings round family but for anyone interested there is an AACI (American Auto Club International) meeting 4th Sunday lunch-time of each month at The Dovecote, Swinderby. Nice bunch of guys and I'm sure they wouldn't mind Cobra's gatecrashing. I went last month and really enjoyed it.

    Pete

Weather permitting I'm thinking about next Weds/Thurs possibly stopping somewhere near Gainsborough about 730 ish.

As for the American thing that could be handy, I live 2 miles from there.

Keep an eye on this post and see what happens :thumb:

It's looking like Thursday, I've seen a couple of forecasts saying heavy wind and rain on Wednesday!

I've got a meeting in Gainsborough on Thursday evening (7.00 to 9.00), will take the Cobra and meet up afterwards if venue's within reach!

Any ideas on where to meet yet?
