    Nudge Bar Escutcheon Plates

    Hi chaps,

Can anyone confirm if the nudge bar escutcheon plates that Dax sell (set of 4 for 11) are for the front nudge bars (the oval shaped ones)?

If so, what diameter of tube are they designed for? If got an Autobrass front nudge bar mounted on 16mm o/d tubing so I'm hoping it's 16mm.

    Thanks

    Re: Nudge Bar Escutcheon Plates

    Hi Alan,

I have a set in front of me which i purchased from another member on here which i believe to be from Dax...and the hole , even though is oval measures approx 13mm....but im sure it would not take much to make the hole suit a 16mm tube!!

( I also purchased a set of 4 rubber oval 1 piece gromets....which i believe are as per original cob, but i may be wrong.... and look real nice)

Thanks Steve. I've just ordered a set from Dax and will modify to suit if necessary.

    Hi Alan

I have also fitted a set of Autobrass nudge bars to the Dax & I'm having a set laser cut for the front & rear, if you have problems send me a mail, I may have a spare set when Ive fitted them.

Cheers John. I'll give you a shout in a few days if the Dax ones don't work.

    Thanks
