In this months issue of snake torque a chap call Tony Chesney has mentioned that he is trying to get a local meet together.
Drawing a line from Sheerness to New Romney cutting accross Ashford inc everything south of that area.
I have contacted Tony and so far he has 6 names, the most popular meet time is Tuesday evening in the Ashford area so if anyone is interseted please contact Tony. (Tel number in snake Torque) or reply to me and I will pass on the details.

It would be great to meet up with some local owners

I'm just up the road in Faversham so we could always get together. I'd like to join up with the local group for this area but Tuesdays wont be any good for me as I'm hopefully going to start an evening class doing Automotive Restoration! (Not for the Cobra mind!)

Thanks for the replies Gents, It would be good to get together so when the regular meets get off the ground we could perhaps arrange a one off weekend meet to get to know everyone in the area.

The first meet will be this comming Tuesday 7th at the Brewers fare in Cheriton near Folksone at 7:30pm.

There will be eight people going four with cobras and four still building.

I think you will find there is no such thing as areas, you can go to what ever meet you want to. After all if your local meet is on a day that you can't make, you just go to the next nearest. Or you can always go to several.
