    Carroll Shelby Launches Shelby Signature Foods

    saw the headline and immediatley pictured our favourite ol' fella in a pinny serving up bacon belly gutbusters to help drum up support for heart transplants.

    Today his company, Shelby Automobiles, leads the pack of performance vehicle manufacturers worldwide. I giggled a bit at that, no idea what it has to do with Shelby brand pork rinds though.

    gotta give the guy some credit for never lying down tho! His court antics are ridiculous at times but you can't say the guy hasn't lived. Good luck to him I say
