I'll give you some shots complete and in pieces.
Mine goes through the rear deck and down to the chassis but I've seen others with a short rear leg that just fixes to the deck.
Any look with the piccy's am sending the hoops to have the rears fitted sometime this week.

That's weird I posted a reply with pictures yesterday, it seems to have disappeared.
I hope I didn't just preview the post and not actually submit it.
That was before pub O'clock too.

Let's try again then shall we.
My bar is 12" or 305mm wide, 1.5" diameter.
The 3rd leg is angled to the outside by about 5 degrees, also about 48 degrees in relation to the main hoop.
The 3rd leg stub is 1.5" long to the slip joint.
Mine has a second joint inside the boot and then goes all the way down to the chassis rail.

Those look very expensive, if you are looking to have another made to that speck then I would need all the measure menus as at present am only making the ones that would fit on a DAX which is the one I am building.

Nice pictures though how far on with the build are you now or am I going to be jealous and you are riding around in it?

If you were able to make ones that fit a Dax chassis but had the 'look' of Kev's (with the slip joint up top) .. I'd be a happy man

So if I can get them to look like the ones in the picture and at the right price do you want one or two?

Will have a chat with the fabricators tomorrow to see what they can do. My only concern is would it only have a limited run as this will drive the price up which is not good for anyone.

What's the width between centres on the Dax?
My existing one is chrome BTW not polished stainless.

The hoops are 305mm or 12" in old money, so will fit most kit cars. The tube I am using at the moment is mirror finished but can get it in any grade of stainless just got a very good deal on this as the supplier is also supplying F1 at the moment.

If I get anymore information I will get back to you all.

Does anyone just want the hoops as they are without the third leg?
