A strong willed person who fought for what she believed in rather than public opinion. An attitude sadly missing in todays politicians.

    Good-
Saved Britain from union excess and promoted a can do business society
Rebuilt the relationship with the USA
Privatised companies that needed to be turned around or closed

    Bad-
Anihilated normal working miners in her quest to exact revenge on Arthur the twat Scargill
Ignored MI6 intel about the build up around the Falklands, when she could have sent a show of strength (as happened a few years prior) and we ended up at war with countless lives lost
Promoted an 'Im alright Jack, phuck you Im pulling the ladder up mentality'

Personally, disliked her. Appalled that her funeral is going to cost us £8m
    Regards Steve

    You missed a couple Steve.

    Bad.
She stole my "Free" school milk.

    Good.
Ended the Cold War,(With Gorby and Regan) That must count for something.
The Right to Buy. which made people proud of where they lived making it safe to walk across the previously 'On fire' council estates.

I think she did what was needed at the time although some of her methods were not entirely correct. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
I also think that she did more good than bad! Most task orientated people lack humanistic tendencies, I know I'm one of them!

I think she'll go down as the PM with the biggest Kahoonas, even though she didn't have any!
She gets a big thumbs up from me and I'll be sorry never to have met her in person! RIP

    ........+1
    Robin.

No longer hard-topped, but still relatively soft-centred...
