    Cost to refurb donor parts?

Can anyone give me a rough ball park figure for refurbing Jaguar donor parts:

    Front suspensions
    Rear axle & diff
    Brake calipers

Anything anyone else thinks I will need from the Jag?

    Thanks
    Mark

You will be looking at about £1000 at least

I would agree that is a reasonable number to budget.

Do a search in here, there was a thread where people listed their own costs, from memory 850nish was the lowest, up to around 1500

Out of interest, would anyone care to roughly break that down into sections? Just wondering how much of a shock I'll get when I call John Gordons/Wards about the front & rear hubs

Many thanks for the mention and apologies for shamefully hijacking the thread but I will take £600 for the refurb parts including brake calipers. All that is required are pads and discs.

    Cheers

Of course that rather depends what you are doing to the rear diff. A full rebuild is going to cost £750 ish I would have thought (but money very well spent).

Get Russell_ram on here to do the diff and gets wards to do the running gear. I thought I would do the suspension/brake parts myself and without a doubt it was the worst part of the build. I reckon I spent more on it than having it done for me by the time I replaced broken bits.
