Kiel, I'll take a look on sunday, but cant remember seeing any part numbers.
I got all my toploader stuff from Southern Automotive as a complete package.
Came with a replica lockout, which is now removed, as it wont pass IVA.

    From the SA site:

    TOPLOADER SHIFTER KIT $ 495
THE HANDLE, KNOB, CHROME RING AND RUBBER BOOT ARE IDENTICAL IN APPEARANCE AND QUALITY TO THE ORIGINAL COMPONENTS.
THE SHIFTING MECHANISM AND RODS ARE “HURST” WHICH ARE FAR SUPERIOR TO THE ORIGINAL FORD ONES.

You should leave the 4-speed knob on it. You know where 5th gear is and you don't look at the knob when you change gear.

I already have all the Hurst shifter mechanism so if on-one else wants your lever then I'd buy that off you Kev... if you switch to the 5 speed knob then I'd have the 4 speed one too

I have some spare original style 4-speed knobs if you want one.
